Grace McCrorie is a Clinical Pharmacist at the Avant Institute, where she brings a deep passion for patient-centered care and a sharp clinical acumen to everything she does. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Grace began her journey in pharmacy at the University of Georgia—where her enthusiasm for chronic care management and disease state monitoring first took root. She went on to earn her PharmD from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, where she distinguished herself through her commitment to empowering patients and fostering meaningful relationships.
What sets Grace apart is her ability to connect—whether she’s helping someone understand their medications or collaborating with colleagues to improve outcomes. She’s a natural educator and advocate, always encouraging patients to take an active role in their health. Since joining Avant, she’s continued to build on her clinical foundation, contributing to innovative population health initiatives and mentoring others with warmth and insight.
Outside of work, Grace is just as dynamic. She’s an avid fitness enthusiast, a self-proclaimed foodie, and a creative spirit who’s recently fallen in love with pottery. Her curiosity and energy are contagious, and we’re lucky to have her on the team.
