Hello, my name is Brianna. I am a recent graduate of Wingate University School of Pharmacy, class of 2016. During my time at Wingate I not only got to learn from some of the best in our industry, but I was also afforded the opportunity to lead my peers while serving as our chapter president for the American Pharmacist Association – Academy of Student Pharmacist. In this position, I was able to lead volunteer efforts on behalf of pharmacy and for our community. Throughout my years of education, I read the following quote everyday: “It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you are not.” I truly believe that you can do anything you put your mind to no matter who or where you are at that time. You can always learn, adapt, and grow. That is how I focus on my career as a pharmacist. When I’m not working in the role of a pharmacist I enjoy cooking and spending quality time with my husband, our family, and friends.
